Prof. Dina Shehayeb, Program Director of Architecture and Urban Design program (ARUD), was appointed Chair of the Committee to develop the "Egyptian Code for Cycling Pathways" by Ministerial Decree No. 204. Egyptian codes are issued by the Housing and Building National Research Centre and are a regulatory system that is mandatory by law. This committee will work for 12 months to deliver the code
