The Success Story of our Student Mohamed Yousry: The Journey from Bachelor to Ph.D.

"Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far it is possible to go." This was Mohamed's answer when asked what quote drove him to achieve his dreams.

Mohamed Yousry, a senior Biomedical Informatics student at Nile University, got accepted with a fully funded grant for the Genome Science and Technology Ph.D. program at the University of Tennessee, United States. He will start his Ph.D. directly after finishing his bachelor's in Biomedical Informatics at Nile University.

This happened after getting accepted for a research internship at the same university, which allowed him to spend a semester abroad and gain more technical and research experience in the Bioinformatics field.

Nile University will always be proud of its students' booming success. It’s a great honor for the School of Information Technology and Computer Science to be a witness to Mohamed's journey from bachelor's to Ph.D.
