Job Description
- Take calls related to the admissions.
- Take campus visits.
- Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
- Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.
- Follow-up with applicants for any enquiries through direct meetings, phone calls and emails.
- Advice applicants about the admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
- Provide assistance to the applicants to complete the admission procedure.
- Review applications and refer applicants to financial aid services if required.
- Review applications and refer applicants to Full scholarships services if required
- Inform applicants about tuition fees
- Prepare a checklist of the UG new applicants.
- Check & verify original papers for the (UG) Undergraduate new applicants.
- Check & verify Stamps for the (UG) Undergraduate new applicants.
- Coordinate with Academic coordinator the External Transfer student’s process.
- Calculate certificates for (UG) Undergraduate new applicants.
- Prepare a checklist of the PG new applicants.
- Check & verify original papers for the (PG) Postgraduate new applicants.
- Check & verify Stamps for the (PG) Postgraduate new applicants.
- Prepare interview template for the PG new applicants.
- Review applications and refer applicants to RA or TA positions if required.
- APTIS test process(call students, check computer lab available, send a ticket to IT support team, confirm with English dept., confirm with IT dept. & add students in APTIS system).
- Inform applicants with the APTIS results via phone & email.
- Prepare & coordinate NU writing exam Process with the English department.
- Inform applicants with the NU writing exam results via phone & email.
- Prepare & Fill the UG, PG & withdraw Applicants for the first year.
- Prepare UG Applicant’s files to the drafting office to send them to the SCU.
- Prepare PG Applicant’s files to the drafting office to send them to the SCU.
- Manage & reply on the Admissions Emails.
- Provide support to prepare admission related presentations
- Participate in open houses, information sessions and on-campus events.
- Maintain a database of applicant information in order to generate applicant reports for management whenever required.
- Work on system errors &coordinate with technicians to solve all issues that face our candidates.
- Develop & maintain up to date knowledge of all university schools programs.
- Discuss urgent and critical cases to manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 0-1 year of experience.
- High communication skills.
- A prompt and fair response to requests
- Excellent command of English.
- MS office Proficiency.
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
