Wessal NU, Ramadan Bags Packaging

From 15–18 February, the Pergola at Nile University came alive as a vibrant Ramadan Donation Booth, bringing the campus together around generosity and community. Students, staff, and visitors joined in to pack and donate food bags for families and for NU’s own hardworking staff through the Wessal Ramadan Bags initiative. 

We kept the atmosphere lively and interactive: TikTok‑style interviews and challenges, singing, laughter, and plenty of memories. The “Kheir Dare” game invited students to complete fun dares in exchange for donations, making giving feel spontaneous and joyful. At the DIY corner, participants crafted Ramadan decorations while supporting the cause, and donation gift cards provided a quick, heartfelt option for contributors. 

Wessal Ramadan Bags aims to honor and support Nile University’s dedicated staff during the holy month by providing thoughtfully prepared food packs with essential items. The initiative expresses appreciation for their commitment and ensures they feel recognized during this special time. Rooted in the spirit of Ramadan, Wessal promotes kindness, solidarity, and a strong sense of community across campus.
