Last week, we were delighted to host Ms. Noura Bedeir, E-commerce Specialist at Froneri (Nestlé), as a guest speaker leading an interactive workshop at the School of Business Administration.
Ms. Noura guided our students through the full journey from planning to execution—starting with identifying meaningful customer insights that drive value creation, to developing a comprehensive marketing mix for brands competing in highly dynamic markets with limited shelf space, attention, and budgets.
The session concluded with a hands-on workshop, allowing students to apply the process and integrate strategic frameworks such as customer segmentation, brand strategy, and positioning with practical decisions on product depth and range, channel fit, pricing, and market communication.
The workshop was highly engaging and enriching, offering valuable real-world perspectives to our students.
