We hosted a visit from the Dutch Embassy delegation at Nile University, as part of their exploration of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystems in Egypt.

At IECC-Nile University, the delegation joined Dr. Heba Labib, Assistant Vice President for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, for a walkthrough of the center’s spaces and initiatives, learning about how the university supports early-stage entrepreneurs, applied research, and commercialization.

Following the tour, Eng. Ahmed Saleh, Executive Director of IECC, facilitated a roundtable discussion with representatives from the Dutch delegation, local ecosystem players, and startups. The conversation focused on practical models for collaboration between academia and industry, and how shared learning can lead to meaningful partnerships in innovation and business.
