Egypt’s first specialized biotechnology pitch competition, CrocTank Season 1
The School of Biotechnology and the Innovation Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness Center (IECC) at Nile University proudly hosted Egypt’s first specialized biotechnology pitch competition, CrocTank Season 1! Young scientists showcased their groundbreaking ideas, shaping the future of biotech in Egypt.
Kicking off with an insightful Pitch Lecture by Dr. Maarten Rotman from Dell Medical School, finalists learned to craft investor-ready pitches before presenting to our esteemed jury, including industry leaders like Dr. Sherif Abouelhadid and Eng. Ahmed Saleh.
After two days of impressive pitches, we crowned our winners:

- WASTE2WORTH, Mansoura University
