 Job Responsibilities:

 

Content Development 

  • Create high-quality, original, and engaging content for website pages, landing pages, blogs, service pages, and product descriptions. 
  • Optimize existing website content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement. 
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and marketing objectives. 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis to identify content opportunities. 
  • Apply semantic SEO and keyword optimization techniques throughout all content. 
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, image alt text, internal links, and heading structures (H1, H2, H3). 
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices. 

Audience & Conversion Optimization 

  • Research target audiences, customer journeys, and user pain points to create relevant and valuable content. 
  • Develop persuasive calls-to-action (CTAs) that support lead generation and conversion goals. 
  • Create content that effectively guides visitors through the marketing and sales funnel. 

Collaboration & Content Strategy 

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, web development, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive messaging and user experience. 
  • Support content planning and editorial calendars based on SEO priorities and business goals. 
  • Contribute ideas for new content initiatives, campaigns, and website improvements. 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting 

  • Monitor content performance using analytics and SEO tools. 
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement metrics. 
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve content performance. 
     

 Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field. 
  • 2–4+ years of experience in SEO copywriting, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. 
  • Experience creating content for B2B, education, technology, or professional services sectors. 
  • Experience working with agencies, marketing teams, or in-house digital environments is preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. 
  • Basic understanding of UX writing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). 
  • Understanding of SEO content strategy, search intent, and content marketing best practices. 
  • Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
  • Strong ability to simplify complex topics into clear and engaging content.
