Career Readiness Specialist
Job Description
- Help develop the annual Competencies gap analysis survey
- Help develop the annual plan to improve employability skills: trainings, start-up guide, interview preparation, resume writing, etc
- Manage workflow of resumes, cover letters, and mock interviews
- Create, edit, and update students’ resumes as needed
- Review cover letters, personal statements, and other application written material for formatting and content improvement
- Conduct in-person and over the phone mock interviews; provide feedback
- Assess and provide feedback for practice video interviews
- Communicate with students as necessary via email and phone to gather information
- Provide fair, transparent, and efficient complaints and appeals procedures.
- Provide clear statements of students’ academic records to their parents (including a transcript of records, attendance reports, etc.)
- Respond to personal, telephone, email, and inquiries from office members.
- Report problems and follow up their solving process.
- Ensure cleanliness, comfort, and security.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in the same or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A hard worker that is capable of multitasking and dealing with work under pressure.
- Effective administrative skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize own workload in order to meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Team Worker.
- Well organized and has attention to details
- Excellent command of English & Arabic
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office application
