Job Description

  • Help develop the annual Competencies gap analysis survey 
  • Help develop the annual plan to improve employability skills: trainings, start-up guide, interview preparation, resume writing, etc 
  • Manage workflow of resumes, cover letters, and mock interviews 
  • Create, edit, and update students’ resumes as needed  
  • Review cover letters, personal statements, and other application written material for formatting and content improvement 
  • Conduct in-person and over the phone mock interviews; provide feedback 
  • Assess and provide feedback for practice video interviews 
  • Communicate with students as necessary via email and phone to gather information 
  • Provide fair, transparent, and efficient complaints and appeals procedures.
  • Provide clear statements of students’ academic records to their parents (including a transcript of records, attendance reports, etc.)
  • Respond to personal, telephone, email, and inquiries from office members.
  • Report problems and follow up their solving process.
  • Ensure cleanliness, comfort, and security.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in the same or related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A hard worker that is capable of multitasking and dealing with work under pressure.
  • Effective administrative skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize own workload in order to meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Team Worker.
  • Well organized and has attention to details
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office application
