Admission Officer (5 Month Internship)
Job Summary
The Admission Officer plays a vital role in supporting the student admission process. Key responsibilities include responding to admission inquiries via phone, email, and in-person campus visits. The role involves guiding applicants through admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and tuition fees, while assisting them with document verification, form submissions, and interview scheduling.
Job Description
- Prepare UG Applicant’s files to the drafting office to send them to the SCU.
- Prepare PG Applicant’s files to the drafting office to send them to the SCU.
- Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
- Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.
- Follow-up with applicants for any enquiries through direct meetings, phone calls and emails.
- Advice applicants about the admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
- Provide assistance to the applicants to complete the admission procedure.
- Inform applicants about tuition fees.
- Prepare checklist of the UG new applicants.
- Check & verify original papers for the (UG) Undergraduate new applicants.
- Coordinate with Academic coordinator the External Transfer student’s process.
- Prepare checklist of the PG new applicants.
- Check & verify original papers for the (PG) Postgraduate new applicants.
- Prepare interview template for the PG new applicants.
- Inform applicants with the Oxford results via phone & email.
- Prepare & coordinate NU writing exam Process with the English department.
- Inform applicants with the NU writing exam results via phone & email.
- Manage & reply on the Admissions Emails
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduate of any related major.
- Very good command of English Language.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
