Job Summary

The Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and integrating marketing technologies and digital platforms to support Nile University’s marketing, recruitment, and engagement objectives. This role bridges marketing strategy and technology, ensuring efficient use of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital channels to drive data-informed decision-making and campaign performance.

 

Job Description

Marketing Technology & Systems

  •  Manage and optimize the university's CRM system (leads,applicants, students, parents,alumni).
  • Support the setup and execution of marketing automation journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, forms, landing pages).
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM, website, social media, paid media, and analytics tools.
  • Maintain data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with data protection standards.

Campaign & Performance Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital campaigns for undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programs.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights on leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
  • Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making for management and stakeholders.

Website & Digital Tools

  • Support website updates related to forms, tracking, SEO basics, and user experience.
  • Manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms.
  • Ensure all digital touch-points are measurable and optimized.

Data & Analytics

  • Analyze marketing and recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support A/B testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with media buying, content, design, admissions, and IT teams.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for marketing platforms and vendors.
  • Support onboarding and training for team members on marketing tools when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing Operations, or CRM management.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools.
  • Strong Data Base management skills.
  • Strong Project management skills.
  • Very good command of English Language.
  • Excellent Communication, problem solving and time management skills.
