CIS was established in 2008 as a research center to focus on the development and application of computing methods and algorithms for processing, management and interpretation of scientific information. In the same context, CIS is leading in big data/data science education and research in Egypt.

WINC was established in 2007 with a focus on technology development and education in all aspects of wireless systems, networking and applications. WINC provides the perfect mix for multi-disciplinary research spanning diverse areas ranging from theoretical foundations.

NISC was established in 2009 to fill the technology gap between Egypt and the global electronics industry. The center aims to act like a passageway to transfer the Nanoelectronics technology from abroad to the Egyptian society. A master program was created to provide the graduate students with significant experience with the techniques and tools involved with Nanoelectronics integrated systems. The program objective is to prepare professional engineers in the Nanoelectronics field equipped with the right design tools.

SESC is a multidisciplinary research center with the goal of carrying out research and development in the diversified fields related to engineering encompassing industrial and manufacturing, mechatronics, thermo-fluids, and renewable energy fields, developing leadership qualities, perspectives, and skills in students, faculty, and alumni.
