Life in Egypt
Although Nile University does not offer on-campus housing for international students, we have resources to help them locate safe, student-friendly accommodation that is close to the university and accessible by public transportation.
Nile University offers a vibrant campus atmosphere with state-of-the-art facilities, diverse student activities, and numerous opportunities for engagement.
All international students are asked to attend an orientation session a week before university starts to give them all the details about life in Egypt, studying at NU and what they need to know before the academic year starts.
Life in Egypt is enriched by cultural diversity, where students from various backgrounds coexist. Whether you speak the language or not, Egyptians welcome everyone with warmth and acceptance that makes them feel right at home.
Studying at Nile University gives you the opportunity for exposure to different cultures from all over the world in a tight-knit community that feels like a second family.
Because we understand how stressful the first few weeks can be, we have compiled a list of nearby resources you can use to navigate your way around campus and outside. From detailed maps, to where to shop, eat, and have fun, you will find everything in this comprehensive guide.
