Senior Application Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand user requirements to provide effective application solutions.
- Administer, support, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring system reliability and optimization.
- Develop and manage Power Apps solutions to enhance operational efficiency and automate workflows.
- Administer, support, and optimize Student Information System, Learning Management System, Digital Archiving, HR System, and any additional applications introduced based on business needs.
- Provide front-end application support via phone, email, ticketing systems, or face-to-face interactions.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure proper utilization of systems and applications.
- Manage the system change requests, evaluating the need for updates through standard procedures.
- Document operational processes, develop user manuals, and maintain accurate system records.
- Communicate with external vendors for technical support and software enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve business and technical processes through digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare and present technical reports on system performance and application status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in application support within large-scale organizations serving 1,500+ users.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring effective implementation and management.
- Experience with Power Apps for low-code development and process automation.
- Strong background in enterprise applications, including SIS, LMS, Digital Archiving, and HR systems.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software technologies.
- Proficiency in remote access applications for troubleshooting and system management.

- Excellent communication skills with users, colleagues, and vendors.
- Flexible and adaptable personality, capable of handling evolving business needs.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently when needed.
- Advanced internet research skills to support technical solutions.
- Proactive approach with strong self-management skills.
- Good command of English.
